How long does it take to make and ship my order?
As a one-woman operation, I make all items myself. I try to make them as soon as an order comes in and, depending on how many I orders I have at a given time, can take 2-3 weeks to ship. Larger orders or custom orders can take 3-4 weeks
to ship.
What is considered a bulk order?
A bulk order is one order of 10 or more of the same product on the same card.

My order never arrived. What do I do?
All items are shipped with tracking. Once they’re mailed, they, unfortunately, are out of my control and you will need to call the USPS. Replacements are only given if they arrived damaged and with photo proof of damaged package and item.
